11. Can I use your templates for my customers?
    Yes. Each membership allow you to build website for you or your company, as well as for you customers. Please note, with single membership you are allowed to use our templates in maximum 50 projects.
12. Is payment one-time?
    Yes, one-time payment allow you to use membership for some period of time - usually 6 or 12 months. You can renew your membership later - it will not be renewed automatically.
13. How do I get a template?
    Once your membership is valid, all you have to do is click "download" link. You will be redirected to Download Page, where you can download your template in any format you prefer - or continue with selected template to Online Template Builder - where you can customize it.
14. I ordered a mambership, but didn't receive any information
    If payment is complete and you received confirmation from payment processor, your order should be served automatically. If you didn't receive any membership information, please contact us

    Yes, you can customize them online, using our Online Template Builder
    
16. Are templates Exclusive?
    No, we don't grant exclusive rights for items downloaded from our member section, however there is a Buy-out option. Please contact us for more details.

24. What do I receive when I download a template?
    When your is complete, you will receive confirmation email with link to your order page. You will find there link to download your template in all available formats (XHTML, IzzyWebsite, WordPress, Joomla, Blogger), and link to our Online Template Builder where you can customize your template. You will need unzipping software to unzip your template - it should be included in your Windows system, if not you can use WinZip. Download package (zip) contains html files and images.
